The 131-room property, to be operated by General Hotels Corporation, will reflect Viera’s warmth and hospitality and be the perfect addtion to the 115 acre mixed-use development that will feature corporate offices, medical and professional office building, waterfront dining venues, retail, entertainment venues and multi-family opportunities.

Construction led by Patterson Construction Group is expected to complete in summer of 2024
