  CHASE P. PATTERSON


Fueled by a lifelong passion in construction and real estate development, Chase set out on his own endeavor to become a General Contractor and Business Owner. Having been raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Chase was either on the job site or in the office alongside his father Randy. This was the spark that set everything off. 


Chase graduated from the University of Mississippi. He took the next step in ensuring his lifelong goal of becoming a General Contractor and Business Owner by establishing Patterson Construction Group, where he looks to build the foundation of his family legacy.



RANDY PATTERSON

  

Randy Patterson currently serves as the President of Patterson Construction Group. Having graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 1980 with a Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Randy has led a successful 

40-year career in Project Management. As a Project Manager, he has completed over $500 million and several million square feet in commercial, hospitality, retail, storage, federal, and residential projects across the United States. Randy looks to continue using his expertise and guise to further his role in the construction and development in several projects. He is notorious for completing projects ahead of schedule and below budget.
